CAD Designer - Steel Fabrication Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $25.00 to $30.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• First Shift ( Monday through Friday from 07:00am to 03:30pm )

• Create and revise CAD drawings for steel canopies, fascia systems, and other fabricated steel components.
• Interpret blueprints, specifications, and measurements to develop accurate production-ready designs.
• Collaborate with engineering, production, and installation teams to support project success and manufacturing efficiency.
• Prepare material lists, layouts, and detailed drawings to assist fabrication and field installation processes.
• Maintain organized project files and ensure all drawings meet company standards and customer requirements.

CAD Designer - Steel Fabrication Qualifications:

• Must be fluent in English (spoken and written).
• Proficiency with CAD/CADD software and the ability to create accurate technical drawings.
• Strong ability to read, interpret, and work from blueprints, specifications, and measurements.
• Must be comfortable working in a manufacturing environment, including indoor and outdoor areas, and able to wear required PPE, including steel-toed boots.
• Must successfully complete a background check and drug screen.
