This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys staying active, takes pride in keeping things organized, and wants to build a career in operations, logistics, or facilities management.What You'll DoReceive, organize, and store inventory, materials, and suppliesAssist with loading, unloading, and staging deliveriesHelp track and issue tools, equipment, and materialsMaintain organized warehouse, storage, and common areasSupport inventory counts and material auditsAssist with facility needs, furniture moves, and equipment setupCoordinate with team members to ensure materials are where they need to beIdentify inventory shortages, damaged materials, or facility concernsSupport office and field teams with general operational needsFollow established safety and housekeeping standardsYou'll Be a Great Fit If You...Like staying active and working with your handsTake pride in keeping spaces clean, organized, and efficientAre dependable and show up ready to work every dayCommunicate well and work effectively with othersCan follow instructions while also taking initiativeEnjoy solving problems and finding ways to helpWant an opportunity to learn operations, logistics, inventory, or facilities managementWhat We're Looking ForRequired QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalentAbility to work in both warehouse and office environmentsStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsReliable attendance and strong work ethicBasic computer skills or willingness to learnAbility to safely lift, carry, and move materialsPreferred QualificationsExperience in a warehouse, facilities, construction, or operations environmentFamiliarity with tools, equipment, or construction materialsForklift or pallet jack experienceValid driver's license with a satisfactory driving recordPhysical RequirementsFrequent standing, walking, bending, and liftingAbility to safely lift and move materials up to 50 poundsAbility to work in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures and noise levelsOccasional outdoor work related to deliveries or facility support Why JSET?At JSET, you're more than just a number.
