Job Description

Nature’s Way is a locally owned company dedicated to providing exceptional landscaping services for both residential and commercial clients. As a Landscape Laborer, you will join a supportive, close-knit team that values hard work, reliability, and a positive attitude. This role offers hands-on experience in exterior maintenance across multiple departments, including Irrigation Lawncare, Landscape, Horticulture, and Interior services. Responsibilities

  • Work collaboratively with team members to complete landscaping projects and maintenance tasks.
  • Represent the company professionally through appearance and behavior at all times.
  • Deliver high levels of customer satisfaction by performing quality work on client properties.
  • Properly use and care for company tools, equipment, and vehicles.
  • Assist with fueling trucks and equipment as needed.
  • Transport crewmates from the shop to job sites when designated as a driver.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment on job sites and at the shop.
  • Complete and submit required paperwork, such as incident reports and timesheets, accurately and on time.
  • Communicate effectively with coworkers, crew leaders, managers, and office staff.

Qualifications

  • Reliable, responsible, punctual, and dependable.
  • Polite and courteous to clients and coworkers.
  • Highly motivated, eager to learn, self-driven, and attentive to detail.
  • Able to work as part of a team and follow direction well.
  • Ability to work effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds and experience levels.
  • Strong communication and time-management skills.
  • Available for long seasonal hours and weekend work as needed.
  • Able to lift at least 50 lbs.
  • Valid Driver’s License required.
  • Commitment to following company standards for quality, safety, and maintenance best practices.
  • Entry-level position with on-the-job training provided.
  • Experience in general labor, construction, landscaping, or outdoor work is a plus.
  • Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions.

Compensation

Starting at $16.25 per hour . Opportunities for increased compensation based on performance and advancement within the company.
