Job Description
Are you a customer-focused communicator who thrives in a fast-paced environment? We are seeking a dynamic, detail-oriented Office Assistant (English/Spanish preferred) to manage our client's front desk operations and bridge communication gaps for our clients, visitors, and staff. As the primary point of contact for our client's organization, you will play a vital role in creating a welcoming environment while delivering top-tier administrative support and translation services.
salary: $18 - $20 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 7 AM - 3:30 PM
education: High School
Responsibilities
- Greet all visitors, manage visitor sign-ins, process check-ins/check-outs, and maintain a secure, organized lobby.
- Answer incoming phone calls, respond to emails, and route messages.
- Translate forms into Spanish. Provide on-site, verbal Spanish interpretation for meetings and phone calls.
- Update records and data information.
- Manage incoming/outgoing mail, monitor office supplies inventory, and assist leadership with administrative tasks as needed.
