Welder & CNC/Plasma Table Operator

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Welder and CNC/Plasma Table Operator to fabricate and assemble metal parts according to specifications. This role requires strong metalworking knowledge, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Perform MIG, TIG, and/or Stick welding on metal components

Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications

Set up, operate, and maintain welding equipment Operate CNC and plasma cutting tables for precision cutting

Program CNC machines and monitor cutting processes

Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot equipment issues Handle and move heavy materials safely Follow all safety procedures and quality standards

Collaborate with team members to meet production goals

Qualifications

MUST HAVE PLASMA COMPUTER EXPERIENCE

High school diploma or equivalent (required)

Technical or welding certification (preferred)

Minimum 2 years of welding and CNC/plasma table experience preferred

Proficiency in: Welding techniques (MIG, TIG, Stick)

CNC programming and operation

Metal fabrication processes

Ability to lift and handle heavy materials

Strong problem-solving skills, mechanical aptitude, and attention to detail

Good communication and teamwork skills

Schedule

Monday - Friday

7:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Overtime may be required as needed

Work Environment

Fast-paced fabrication and manufacturing setting

Requires standing, lifting, and operating heavy machinery
